Hello! I'm Amy Zeller, voice teacher

I moved from Iowa to Austin, TX to pursue my masters in music after receiving my B.A. in vocal performance and music education from Luther College, in Decorah, Iowa. 

 

Over my 30 years in Austin, I was a voice teacher at several high schools and middle schools, and taught voice classes and individual lessons at a musical theatre academy. In addition to teaching voice lessons, I also filled positions as Soprano Soloist and Director at several churches in the area. I have directed adult and children's choirs, handbell/chime ensembles and led praise bands.

I am classically trained, but have sung many different styles of music and have coached students singing not only classical, but also musical theatre, jazz, country, pop, and rock. I have over 30 years of experience as a voice teacher and have loved helping many students make the Texas All-State Choir, get chosen as Outstanding Soloist, and get into their chosen college music programs.
